I’m Christina LaFleur, your guide to live better

My Mission

My mission is to empower you to unlock your full potential for health and wellness. Having witnessed the impact of chronic illness, I refuse to accept it as inevitable. It’s time to take back control of your health and happiness. Imagine a life where you don’t just survive—you thrive. Let’s make that vision a reality together.

My Method

Here’s the key: your journey to wellness starts with understanding your unique genetic blueprint. Your genes provide valuable insights, but they don’t determine your destiny—your daily habits and choices do. Modern lifestyles often disconnect us from our natural design, leading to physical and mental challenges. While we can’t control how long we live, we can control how well we live by aligning with what our bodies truly need.

My Journey

Hope and Health Renewed

Discovering my genetic blueprint has been life-changing. One of the most powerful insights was understanding why I’ve struggled with lifelong fatigue—my body doesn’t resolve inflammation efficiently. Armed with this knowledge, I’ve made proactive changes to improve my health.

I also learned that I carry the APOE4 gene, which is linked to cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s. While this news was initially overwhelming, it fueled my determination to explore how to prevent cognitive decline. After a year of training in ReCODE, I’ve found that nutrition, lifestyle changes, and targeted supplements can make a significant impact on cognitive health. Prevention is much more achievable than reversal, and I’m passionate about helping others understand their genetics so they can take control of their health and live better, healthier lives.
