Watercolor Wellness
What is keeping you from experiencing watercolors?
This class series was a gift to my soul. Connecting weekly for art and wellness with an encouraging community has instilled in me many lessons that I’ve carried with me outside of my art practice. Amy and Christina are a balanced and caring team with so much to offer – whether your a beginner or an experienced artist, new to wellness practices or firmly grounded in your own self care routine. There’s always something to learn from these two. Just being and creating with them is pure joy. Gift yourself this experience as an act of self care.

Amy
I paint as meditation. To quiet my tired or hurt soul.
I paint when I’m sad and questioning EVERYTHING in my Life.
I paint as a way of recording what I see and remembering.
I paint so I can teach better.
Sure I teach technique and methods to improve your artistic abilities, but I also believe and have personal and professional experience to prove that the very act itself is life giving and life validating.

Dear Traveler on the Journey of Life,
I am so glad that you showed up to this page today. There is some desire in you to paint with watercolors.
Listen to that still small voice inside that yearns to paint and create.
What will you discover at class? You might find people just like you. You might like how you feel inside after spending 2 hours painting. You might find that those are the best 2 hours of the week.
Isabel’s Tears is a great journal piece that expresses one aspect of what this class is all about. Click here to read.
